Jess is a Registered Somatic Movement Teacher, a Reiki Master, and trained in Compassionate Inquiry, the Mindful Self-Compassion Institute, and the Harmony Model. A former Interfaith Chaplain, Jess was challenged with some health issues and has broadened her perspective on what wellness and health really means.
